Get Started | Request for Repair Assistance

Before getting started, please note the following:

• Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for review and approvals, once application is complete. This is NOT an emergency repair service.

• Please provide bank statements and vehicle title. Both must be uploaded and be in your name.

• We provide up to $500 in parts for approved repairs. All labor provided is voluntary in nature and does not carry a warranty.

• All recipients are ineligible for 6 months for additional repairs.

We are NOT designed to do the following:

• Provide long term repair services for your vehicle.

• Provide repairs considered cosmetic in nature.

• Provide loaner vehicles.

• Provide reimbursement for repairs or services completed outside of Drive Grace.
